Travel agency "AIREXPRES, S.A." has been established since 1972. It was initially founded in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria by the Latin American Tourist Agency ("Compañía Hispanoamericana de Turismo"). It has now been taken over by Canarian entrepreneurs, and is directed by its main shareholder OCTAVIO QUEVEDO NEGRIN. There are two branches in the capital city of Gran Canaria and another in the town of Telde. It is staffed by fourteen employees.

The agency's business structure comprises a CONGRESS DIVISION , whose position in the company is highly relevant given the significant rise in activities of this nature within the Canarian Archipelago, especially in the island of Gran Canaria.
