The Gran Canaria Convention
Bureau provides a range of free services as a
complement to the offer of the companies members.
These services include the following:

Free
consultation to Conferences, Convention,
Seminar and Incentive Organisers on the Congress
Centres, lodging facilities and related services
(transportation, conference assistants, simultaneous
interpreting, audiovisual aids, etc.) provided
in the island of Gran Canaria. |

Public
backing and technical support for
event organizers. |
|
Information
about the variety of complementary
services provided in the island (stores,
restaurants, culture, museums, etc.) |

The submission
to relevant Organisations and Institutions
of nominations of the island of Gran
Canaria as the setting for congresses to be
held. The Gran Canaria Convention Bureau will
write a nomination dossier, adapting each
submission to the particular requirements
and using the necessary technical means and
audiovisual aids. If a nomination is proposed
by a private company (travel agency or Professional
Congress Organiser), or any private person,
the Convention Bureau will assist in the preparation
of the nomination report. |

Arrangement
of preliminary inspection tours to
check the quality of services and facilities
of the island. |

Participation
in Trade Fairs and Promotional Events
of the convention industry. |
|
Dissemination
of the Convention Bureau activities through
the appropriate mass media. |
