Our aim is to make our customers happy at Kabuki.

When we opened our first restaurant more than two decades ago, without any premeditation and sharing space with dishes of the purest Japanese orthodoxy, we created what would eventually be called Kabuki cuisine, a meeting point between Japanese and Mediterranean cultures which, over the years, has been defined by the quality of its raw materials and the simplicity and elegance of its preparations, as we have tried, at all times, to ensure that the dishes express the flavours of the raw materials in all their purity.

True to our philosophy of combining Japanese and Mediterranean traditions, the wine list includes a wide range of wines from the main wine-producing countries, with special emphasis on champagnes, white wines and sakes, which harmonise perfectly with our cuisine.

Kabuki’s dining room service is characterised by being adapted to the society in which we live. You could say that it is a mixture of Japanese respect and Spanish hospitality. That is why, from the very beginning, we set ourselves the goal of making our customers feel at home in our restaurant.
