There are over 11,000 4 or 5-star hotel beds available within a radius of just 300 to 1,000 metres. This multi-purpose convention centre has a floor area of 14,000 square metres, 9,264 of which are used to stage congresses, exhibitions, concerts, sporting events, fashion parades, meetings and all manner of other events.

Besides the halls, there are various rooms to complete the offer, such as the reception hall, the pressroom and separate offices. In this way, the needs of formal receptions and press conferences are fully met.

This multipurpose congress centre has a surface area of 14,000 square metres of which 9,264 are dedicated to holding congresses, conventions, seminars, exhibitions, concerts, sporting events, fashion shows, meetings and events of all kinds.

On the ground floor, we have the large Sala Maspalomas hall, boasting a floor area of 3,600 square metres, which can hold up to 6,000 people. The hall can be further sub-divided into 15 spaces, thus offering a range of different possibilities for spreading out the organising committees of each event. The centre also offers 5 other conference halls, each measuring 60 square metres.

The Cristalarium, which surrounds the large Sala Maspalomas hall and lets the sunlight in, has 4,000 square metres of floor area and is used for purposes complementary to the main event, such as coffee-breaks, sales presentations and poster exhibitions, etc.

The ground floor also includes the “Las Tirajanas” auditorium, with a capacity of 804 people and a stage measuring 13 x 18 metres, which can also be used as the stage for the large Sala Maspalomas hall. It features perfect acoustics and its design, which takes the form of a Roman amphitheatre with ascending seating, ensures that all in attendance can enjoy an excellent view of the stage from any angle of the hemicircle.

The second floor is designed to offer maximum levels of comfort and provides all the complementary services that a professional meeting could possibly require. The floor includes three fully modernised business centres, each with a floor area of roughly 83 square metres and fitted out for meetings of executives, organising committees and key figures.
